Mr. Malik Ghulam Mustafa Kandwal, Advocate of supreme Court, has a vast experience in the legal profession, particularly in the Corporate, Banking, Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Family and Arbitration sector of practice. He has a special tinge of liking for interpretation of constitution and the taxing statutes such as customs & excise, income tax, sales tax on goods and services. He has also a large number of reported judgments on his credit.
He has continuously been an active member of Rawalpindi Bar Association, Being Member Pakistan Council working as Member Enrolment Committee, Member Appeal Committee, Member Executive Committee and contributed a lot in the legislative reforms and amendments in the laws whilst being head of various committees of the Bar and is highly respected by its members by virtue of his legal acumen and hard work.
